Wholesale Policies

We are passionate about supporting small businesses, and are proud to partner with independent retailers. We truly value the relationships we develop with our stockists, both personally and professionally.


ORDERING + PAYMENT

Opening order minimum: $250
Reorder minimum: $250

All SKUS are orderable in increments of six (6).

All orders should be submitted via our wholesale website. Payment must be made by pre-paid check or credit card.

SELLING POLICY

  • Wholesale Pricing: Authorized wholesale accounts receive a 50% discount off the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Prices are subject to change without notice. Retailers must not sell products below the published MSRP found at www.farmandsea.com.

  • Approved Sales Location: Products may only be sold at the shop address registered with and approved by Farm + Sea. Selling Farm + Sea products from any unapproved location is prohibited.

  • E-Commerce Restrictions: Retailers may not sell Farm + Sea products on third-party online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, Etsy, and eBay. Selling on any site without prior written approval may result in immediate suspension of your wholesale account.

  • Business Name Requirements: Retailers must sell under the business name registered with Farm + Sea. Any additional operating names (DBAs) must be submitted for approval. Accounts found selling under unauthorized names may be suspended.

  • No Redistribution: Retailers may not distribute or wholesale Farm + Sea products to other businesses without prior written consent from Farm + Sea.

  • Enforcement: Failure to comply with these policies may result in the suspension or termination of your wholesale account.

TURNAROUND TIME

All wholesale orders are made to order, so please anticipate about 2-3 weeks between order placement and shipment. We will always do our best to turn orders around as promptly as possible, and turnaround times may vary depending on order size and time of year.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY 

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground; shipping cost will typically be about 10% of your total order. We offer delivery to locations within 15 miles of our Amesbury studio, at no cost. Any deliveries made outside of this zone will be charged a fee (subject to change based on location). Pre-arranged pickup at our studio is always welcome!

ZIP CODE PROTECTION

The success of our wholesale partners is very important to us. In many cases, we may be able to offer zip code protection to our stockists, but we cannot always guarantee it. We reserve the right to handle this at our discretion. 

Some variables that may affect zip code protection:

    • Sales volume/overall account health
    • Range of Farm + Sea products sold
    • Mileage and drive time between locations
    • Customer demographic

Please note: accounts that have not placed an order for 9 months will be considered inactive and will no longer be zip code protected. 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns on wholesale orders. However, if you experience any shortages or receive items that are damaged during shipment, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will either replace the affected items or issue a credit toward a future purchase, at our discretion. To process a claim, please provide photographs of the damage and retain all packaging materials for inspection if needed.
